Privacy Notice
Effective 26 July 2026. A clear explanation of how website enquiries and related business information are handled.
1. Scope
This notice explains how Prism Technologies handles personal information collected through this website, project enquiries and related business communications. It is intended to support transparent handling under applicable Australian privacy requirements.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, organisation, role or organisation type, service interests, indicative timeframe and budget, the information you include in your message, your communication preferences, and technical security data such as a privacy-preserving identifier used to limit form abuse. Do not submit passwords, health information, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your needs, assess whether Prism can help, arrange conversations, prepare proposals, maintain business records, secure the website and improve our enquiry process. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional technology insights. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
4. How information is processed
Website enquiries are sent to Prism by authenticated email. Depending on the configuration selected at launch, a copy may also be stored in a Hostinger-hosted database for lead administration. An optional insights preference is recorded with the enquiry so Prism can honour your choice; it is not automatically sent to an external marketing platform by this website. Hosting, email and database suppliers process information on Prism’s behalf under their service arrangements.
5. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers that support hosting, email, security, professional advice or business systems; to personnel and contractors who need it for the stated purpose; or where required or authorised by law. Some service providers may process data outside Australia. Their locations and safeguards should be confirmed against the accounts selected at launch.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for enquiries, client administration, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use access controls, authenticated email, validation, rate limiting and other proportionate safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, withdraw an optional marketing preference, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option where required.
8. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@prismtech.com.au. Please use the subject line “Privacy request”. We aim to acknowledge privacy enquiries promptly and respond within a reasonable period.
9. Changes
We may update this notice when our website, suppliers, systems or legal obligations change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
