Legal
Website Terms & Conditions
Effective 19 July 2026. These terms apply to use of this website; client services are governed by a separate written agreement.
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to and use of the Prism Technologies website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “Prism”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Prism Technologies.
2. Website information
Website content is general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, cybersecurity, privacy or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice that considers your circumstances. We may update, correct or remove content without notice.
3. Consulting services
Descriptions of services, solutions, timeframes and intended outcomes are indicative and are not offers, quotes, guarantees or binding commitments. Any consulting or delivery engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement applies to the services.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, design elements and original materials are owned by or licensed to Prism Technologies. You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for your internal, non-commercial evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, publish, sell or exploit substantial website content without written permission.
6. Trade marks
Prism Technologies™ and associated brand elements are used as trade marks. The ™ symbol does not represent that a trade mark is registered. The ® symbol will only be used for a mark confirmed as registered for the relevant goods or services.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape the website at an unreasonable rate, misrepresent an association with Prism, or use website content unlawfully.
8. External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for context or convenience. Prism does not control those websites and does not endorse or guarantee their availability, security, accuracy or terms. You should assess third-party content before relying on it.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information will remain current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
10. Privacy and communications
When you submit an enquiry or email Prism, we process the information you provide so we can respond, assess fit and manage the potential business relationship. Optional marketing communications are sent only where you ask to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Please read our Privacy Notice and do not send passwords, health information or other sensitive information through the website form.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date.
12. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes concerning these terms. Questions can be sent to hello@prismtech.com.au.
